Drive to 2035: Lap One

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Autobahn North Track Expansion member portal (the “Service”) operated by Autobahn Country Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is provided exclusively to current members of Autobahn Country Club and individuals expressly invited by us. Your access depends on your email being on our active member roster. Access may be revoked at any time if your membership lapses or is terminated.

3. Account & Sign-In

We use passwordless magic-link sign-in tied to your member email address. You are responsible for the security of the inbox associated with your account. Do not share sign-in links with others. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected misuse.

4. Your Information

You may add or update profile information including your preferred name, mobile phone number, mailing address, emergency contact, and notification preferences. You agree the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Your legal name, member ID, and primary email come from the club roster; contact mikegritter@autobahncc.com to change those fields.

5. Communications & SMS Notifications

By providing your email address and opting in, you agree to receive member-relevant email from us, including platform sign-in links, North Track Expansion updates, schedule changes, and safety notices.

SMS notifications: By verifying your mobile phone number and enabling SMS notifications, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Autobahn Country Club related to North Track Expansion progress, track schedule changes, and time-sensitive safety alerts. Message frequency is approximately 2–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership.

Email notifications can be disabled at any time from your profile settings, except for transactional sign-in links which are required for account access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
Attempt to access another member’s account or data;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service in whole or in part;
Use the Service to send unsolicited communications to other members.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including posts, photos, video embeds, schedules, and the visual design — is owned by Autobahn Country Club or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with your membership.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Track availability information is provided in good faith but actual conditions may change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autobahn Country Club, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Will County, Illinois.
