Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• From the club roster: your legal name, email address, and member ID, provided by Autobahn Country Club’s membership records.
• You provide directly: preferred name, mobile phone number, mailing address, emergency contact (name & phone), and your notification preferences (email and SMS toggles).
• Generated by your use of the Service: sign-in events, page views, post views, time on page, scroll depth, device/browser type, IP address, and other interaction events used to understand engagement.
• Phone verification: when you verify your phone number, we transmit your number to Twilio for a one-time SMS code and record whether verification succeeded.

We use your information to:

• Authenticate you and grant access to the Service;
• Send you sign-in links, North Track Expansion updates, schedule changes, and safety alerts via the channels you’ve opted into;
• Reach an emergency contact you’ve provided in case of incident;
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including understanding which posts and features members engage with;
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.

Mobile information (phone numbers and consent status) is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share your phone number with Twilio, our SMS service provider, for the sole purpose of delivering verification codes and the SMS notifications you have opted into.

Message frequency is approximately 2–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS will not affect your access to the Service or other communication channels.

We use the following service providers, each governed by their own privacy policies, to operate the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — web hosting and content delivery.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Twilio — SMS delivery and phone verification.

These providers process your information on our behalf, under contractual data protection terms, only as necessary to provide their services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when:

• Required by law, subpoena, or court order;
• Necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of members or the public;
• Necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.

You may at any time:

• View and update your profile fields, mobile number, address, emergency contact, and notification preferences from your profile page.
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any text, or by toggling SMS off in your profile.
• Opt out of marketing emails by toggling email notifications off in your profile.
• Request deletion of your member portal account by emailing mikegritter@autobahncc.com. Note that core membership records are governed by the club’s general membership terms.
